Today we’d like to introduce you to Zyania Benavides
Hi Zyania, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My story is one of personal growth and resilience. From a young age, I faced significant challenges, including difficult moments that pushed me to reinvent myself and discover my true purpose. Over the years, I trained in various areas, from psychology to coaching, seeking tools that would help me heal and grow. It was through this process that I realized my passion for helping others find their own path to well-being and personal success.
Over time, I decided to build my personal brand and share what I had learned through courses, my podcast Notas de Vida, and various other projects. Today, I dedicate myself to guiding women towards their best version, helping them recognize their worth and reach their highest potential. Every step on this journey has been an opportunity for learning and transformation, and I’m truly grateful to be able to share my experience with so many people seeking to improve their lives.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road hasn’t always been smooth, and like many journeys, it’s been filled with both challenges and growth. One of the biggest struggles I faced was overcoming my own personal obstacles, especially during the toughest times in my life. These experiences, though difficult, ultimately taught me resilience and helped me gain clarity about my purpose.
Building my personal brand also had its challenges. There were times of doubt and uncertainty, where I questioned whether I was on the right path. Navigating the balance between being a mother, a professional, and pursuing my dreams required a lot of effort and sacrifice. But each struggle has only made me more determined to continue helping others.
What I’ve learned through these challenges is that growth doesn’t come without facing the tough moments, and it’s in those moments that we truly discover our strength.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My business is centered around personal transformation and empowerment, specifically helping women embrace their worth and achieve their highest potential. I specialize in personal development, emotional well-being, and resilience, offering a range of courses, coaching, and resources designed to guide women on their journey of self-discovery and growth. Through my courses like Mujer Triunfadora and Vive tu Mejor Vida, as well as my podcast Notas de Vida, I aim to create a safe space where women can learn, heal, and feel empowered to take charge of their lives.
What sets me apart is my holistic approach to personal growth. I believe in not just focusing on mindset, but also integrating emotional wellness, self-care, and resilience to create sustainable transformation. My background in emotional management, mindfulness, and coaching allows me to provide practical tools that make real, lasting impact. I’m also known for my personalized touch—making sure each person feels seen, heard, and supported on their journey.
What I’m most proud of is the community I’ve built—a space where women can connect, share their stories, and support each other in their growth. The feedback and transformations I’ve witnessed from those who have joined my programs fill me with immense pride.
I want you (The Voyage readers) to know that my brand is about more than just courses or services; it’s about creating a movement of empowered women who embrace their authentic selves. Whether through my online courses, coaching, or podcast, my mission is to inspire and equip others to live their best lives, starting from within.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I believe luck plays a part, but it’s not something I count on. There have definitely been moments when things just seemed to fall into place, but I think success comes from hard work, staying resilient, and learning from both the good and tough times. I’ve had my share of “bad luck” too, but those moments always teach me something valuable and help me grow. For me, luck is more about being ready and open to seize opportunities when they come.
