We’re looking forward to introducing you to Ki Jack. Check out our conversation below.
Good morning Ki, we’re so happy to have you here with us and we’d love to explore your story and how you think about life and legacy and so much more. So let’s start with a question we often ask: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
What I’m most proud of that often goes unseen is the work I’ve put into building *TheKi2Success*. Behind the brand, there are countless late nights, sacrifices, and lessons learned that most people never witness. What people see is the polished website, the coaching, and the digital products—but what they don’t see is the resilience it took to push through doubts, setbacks, and moments of uncertainty. I’m proud that I didn’t give up on myself or my vision, because TheKi2Success is more than a brand—it’s a testament to growth, perseverance, and creating opportunities for others.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Kierra Jack, and I am the founder of **TheKi2Success**, a brand built to empower individuals and businesses to unlock their full potential. Through mentorship, business consulting, website design, digital products, and one on one mentorship programs. I’ve created a space where people can access the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to grow. What makes TheKi2Success unique is that it isn’t just about business—it’s about transformation. My journey is one of resilience, taking my own challenges and turning them into stepping stones to help others succeed. Right now, I’m excited to expand TheKi2Success Academy, where I’ll be offering education, resources, and direct guidance to those ready to invest in themselves, their future and for business owners, the future of their business.
Appreciate your sharing that. Let’s talk about your life, growing up and some of topics and learnings around that. What breaks the bonds between people—and what restores them?
I believe bonds between people often break when there’s a lack of honesty—first with ourselves, and then with others. Many times, we also fall into selfish patterns, not just financially, but emotionally. We project expectations onto people about how they should show up, respond, or behave, without taking the time to truly understand where they are in life. Sometimes, they may never be able to meet those expectations, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t good people or don’t care.
What restores those bonds is open and honest communication, paired with a genuine mindset to understand others. No two people are the same, and we all navigate life in our own unique way. When we learn to accept that, and approach relationships with compassion and understanding, that’s when true connection is rebuilt.
Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes, there was a time I almost gave up…this year, in fact! Behind closed doors, I faced a series of losses in business while also carrying personal challenges that made me question if I should keep going. I was ready to call it quits, but through prayer and constant conversations with God, I found the strength to keep moving forward. Now, I stand as a private partner in one of my businesses and I’m scaling my newest venture—one I’m deeply passionate about because it allows me to help entrepreneurs and business owners succeed.
I not only am I proud of the launch of TheKi2Success, I am also thrilled to get started in my business consulting company because I noticed a common pattern: many entrepreneurs have the hustle and the ability to make money, but when they came to me for funding, they often lacked systems, reports, and back-office organization. Those missing pieces can be the difference between surviving and scaling. By helping business owners put these structures in place, I’m not only helping them secure capital, but also giving them the tools to grow, sustain, and truly achieve their goals.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
Of course the public version of me is real! That said, I choose not to share every aspect of my personal life publicly—and there’s a reason for that. When I say I don’t get too personal, I mean I keep my children, my home, and my personal lifestyle private. Early in my career in the financial industry, I thought I needed to showcase these things to prove my success and credibility. I quickly realized that approach attracted the wrong clients and the wrong circle of people—because I was being valued for what I had, not for my knowledge or expertise.
It’s still something I navigate today: how much to share while staying true to myself. I believe to truly know me is to love me, and not everyone deserves access to my personal energy. So yes—the public version of me is real, but it’s not fully transparent when it comes to my personal life. In business, however, I am completely authentic and open because that’s where my true passion and value shine.
Okay, so let’s keep going with one more question that means a lot to us: What do you think people will most misunderstand about your legacy?
I think the thing people will most misunderstand about my legacy is how it was achieved. Many might assume it came easy or that I had guidance along the way, but the truth is, I’m the first person in my family to learn about financial literacy and actually take the steps to apply it in my own life. Every success I’ve had—building businesses, helping others, creating systems—was the result of self-education, persistence, figuring things out as I went and God. I hope my legacy shows that with determination and the right mindset, it’s possible to break cycles and create opportunities that didn’t exist before.
