Has it been a smooth road?
My story is proof that a smooth road is boring. I have had plenty of challenges or what others see as challenges. I’m a single mom of two gorgeous boys, Lincoln and Aj. They are now four and five. I have been at this art for almost 11 years but when I birthed Lincoln, I took a break almost to the point where people thought I had quit. I knew I would come back and that took all the faith in the world. I don’t have any help from my first son’s dad and my second son’s dad does what he can, so guess who has to go extra hard! This woman! If I could give any advice to another woman with any challenges it would be to, watch the energy you keep around. The energy you keep around can determine your elevation!
So, as you know, we’re impressed with RichelleGemini – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I am a poet, singer, songwriter, rapper, host, comedian, aspiring producer, creative director, and last but not least a mother. I am a creative and I never limit myself. As a brand I most proud of the energy I can bring to a show or event. I truly believe when you live in YOUR TRUTH, it automatically sets you apart from others!
Were there people and/or experiences you had in your childhood that you feel laid the foundation for your success?
My parents literally bred me for this life! I have been on stage at the church since I was 3! I was in ballet at the age of 4 until the age of 15. I was also in tennis since I was 4 all the way to a senior in high school. I’ve been in acting classes, modeling classes, and pageants. I am highly comfortable with the stage and competitive environments. Thank you, Mom and Dad!
