Today we’d like to introduce you to Andres M Jones.
Hi Andres, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I didn’t build my career by chasing opportunities—I built it by creating structure where others had confusion.
My foundation was forged in the U.S. Army during the Gulf War, where discipline, responsibility, and execution weren’t optional. That mindset carried into real estate when I became a Realtor in 2013. It didn’t take long to recognize a problem: too many professionals were busy all day but not advancing—trapped in cycles of effort without real leverage.
I refused to accept that as normal.
I began studying systems—how to produce consistent results without wasting time. That path led me into digital marketing and eventually into artificial intelligence, where I saw a clear shift happening. The professionals who would lead the next decade weren’t the busiest—they were the most efficient.
So I positioned myself there.
Today, I operate at the intersection of real estate, AI, and business strategy. As a TREC Certified AI Instructor, I train agents and business professionals to eliminate inefficiency, implement smart systems, and turn their knowledge into measurable results. What used to take hours now takes minutes. What used to feel overwhelming becomes structured and repeatable.
But my work goes deeper than tools.
I teach people how to recognize their value, focus their effort, and execute with precision. Because once a person understands how to apply what they have consistently, their results stop being unpredictable.
They become intentional.
And when results become intentional, growth is no longer a hope—it’s a system.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It hasn’t been a smooth road—and that’s what shaped the results. Most people believe that challenges are a negative thing, but the challenges and struggles made me better. It helped me to be more creative, more disciplined, and to have endurance.
Early on in real estate, the major struggle wasn’t a lack of effort—it was a lack of structure. I was doing what most professionals do: working long hours, chasing leads, trying to stay consistent, but not seeing proportional growth. That gap between effort and results forces you to make a decision—either accept it or correct it.
I chose to address it.
There were seasons of inconsistency, missed opportunities, and having to relearn how to operate more effectively. Adapting to new tools and technology—especially stepping into AI—wasn’t automatic either. It required humility, patience, and a willingness to stay disciplined while others stayed comfortable.
Another challenge was clarity. Knowing you’re capable of more, but not yet having the systems in place to produce it consistently, can be frustrating. That tension, though, became the catalyst. It pushed me to study processes, refine my approach, and build repeatable systems that removed guesswork.
What I’ve learned is simple: struggle is often the signal that your current method isn’t sufficient for where you’re trying to go.
Once I stopped relying on effort alone and started focusing on structure, everything changed. At the same time, it began producing better results. The same work started creating momentum.
So no, it wasn’t smooth—but it was necessary. Every challenge forced an upgrade, and those upgrades are now the foundation of how I help others move faster with more clarity and control.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am a TREC Certified CE Instructor specializing in the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Real Estate. My work focuses on empowering real estate professionals to move past the “hype” of AI and implement practical, high-impact workflows that save time and increase revenue.
I specialize in teaching agents how to leverage a suite of advanced tools—including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Gamma—to automate daily tasks, generate instant high-quality listing presentations, and uncover deep neighborhood insights that were previously inaccessible.
I am best known for my hands-on, live demonstration approach. Rather than just lecturing, I lead interactive workshops where agents bring their laptops and build their own AI-driven systems in real-time. I am most proud of helping “tech-hesitant” agents realize that AI isn’t a replacement for their expertise but a powerful partner that sets them apart in a competitive market. What distinguishes my work is the ability to break down complex technical concepts into simple, four-step actionable strategies that realtors can use the moment they leave my classroom.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Most people think networking is about knowing a lot of people.
It’s not.
It’s about people knowing you for the good work you do.
I learned this over time. I didn’t ask people to help me. I worked on getting better every day. I watched and learned from people like Myles Munroe and Myron Golden. They didn’t chase success—they got better, and success came to them.
So I changed how I did things.
I stopped saying, “Can you teach me?”
And started saying, “How can I help?”
That made a big difference.
When you work hard, stay focused, and do what you say, people notice you.
What worked for me was simple:
I chose the right people to learn from.
I stayed around people who wanted to grow.
And when I learned something, I used it and came back better.
Most people learn something and forget it.
I used it and showed results.
That builds trust.
And trust helps you grow.
If you want a mentor, don’t just ask for help.
Show that you are serious.
Do your best work.
When you do that, the right people will want to help you.
And they will bring you closer.
