Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandie Grasso.
Hi Brandie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I grew up on an island where life moved at the pace of the ocean. That environment gave me a natural sense of healing and reflection, even when I didn’t realize it. I learned early that growth didn’t come from rushing—it came from listening, observing, and trusting the rhythm of life.
Like many people, I carried fears and doubts. I thought the key was to eliminate them, to overcome every obstacle so that I could finally become who I wanted to be. Eventually, I realized that the obstacle is not something outside of the journey—the obstacle is the journey. Every challenge I faced taught me something essential about patience, resilience, and self-belief.
Today, I stand in a place of much more clarity. I don’t wait for fear to disappear before I move forward; I move with intention anyway. I build from my strengths, honor my experiences, and stay grounded in the lessons that shaped me. My story is not about perfection—it’s about becoming, step by step, with gratitude for every lesson that brought me here.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road. Growth rarely is.
There were seasons where I questioned myself, where fear felt louder than intuition. Some struggles came from within — self-doubt, the pressure to meet expectations, the tendency to compare myself to others. Others came from life itself: financial stress, relationships that didn’t support my vision, and the uncomfortable feeling of outgrowing environments I once felt safe in.
One of the hardest lessons was learning to trust uncertainty. I used to think I needed a clear path before I could move forward. But life doesn’t always give you clarity — it gives you experience. There were moments when I felt stuck, misunderstood, or like I was moving backwards. In those times, I had to remind myself that healing and transformation often look like chaos before they look like progress.
Over time, I learned to see challenges differently. Instead of asking “Why is this happening to me?” I started asking “What is this trying to teach me?” That shift changed everything. Struggles became teachers, obstacles became stepping-stones, and setbacks revealed strengths I didn’t know I had.
So no — the road hasn’t been easy. But every rough patch has shaped me into someone more grounded, more resilient, and more aligned with who I’m meant to be.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m fortunate to be someone who expresses myself in many forms. I’m a successful author who has written screenplays and children’s books, and storytelling has always been one of my most natural gifts. I’ve learned how to take emotion, intuition, and experience, and translate them into worlds that people can step into. Whether I’m writing for adults or children, I care deeply about creating stories that open hearts, spark imagination, and remind people of their own inner magic.
I also have a unique connection to nature — especially birds. I’ve always been a bit of a bird whisperer. They show up for me in meaningful ways, and I see them as messengers. That connection taught me how to listen, how to pay attention to energy, and how to respect the unseen.
My most recent accomplishment, and the one I’m most proud of, is following my calling as a healer. I study Shamanism and believe deeply in the power of energy healing. It isn’t just something I do — it’s where my heart is. It’s the place where science, spirit, intuition, and service meet. I help people reconnect to their own life force, their ancestors, their stories, and the parts of themselves they’ve forgotten to honor.
What sets me apart is that everything I do comes from authenticity. I don’t speak from theory — I speak from lived experience, from inner knowing, and from a deep reverence for the natural world. I don’t try to be above the people I help; I walk beside them, guiding, listening, and offering the tools I’ve gathered along the way. My work isn’t about popularity or performance — it’s about healing, storytelling, and remembering who we truly are.
Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
⸻
People can work with me in a few different ways.
I collaborate with those who believe in storytelling with soul — people who want to bring forward stories that heal, educate, or awaken. Whether it’s screenwriting, children’s literature, or spiritual projects, I’m open to partnerships that honor creativity and intention.
For those who feel called to work with me as a healer, I offer energy sessions and intuitive guidance rooted in Shamanic practice. My approach is gentle, grounded, and focused on helping you reconnect with your inner power, rather than giving you answers from the outside. Healing isn’t a performance — it’s a relationship — and I show up to that work with respect and humility.
If someone wants to support me, the most meaningful way is simply to engage with what I create: read my books, share my work, and connect with me on platforms where I speak from the heart. Support isn’t just financial — it’s energetic. It’s choosing to be part of a circle of people who believe in healing, storytelling, and transformation.
Ultimately, I’m not looking for transactional exchanges — I’m looking for aligned connections. If you feel resonance, if something in my work speaks to you, reach out. I believe the right collaborations happen when the energy is right, not when the timing is forced.
