Hi Briana, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I am a Native Houstonian. I started my professional career as a dental hygienist but transitioned into being a REALTOR® in 2020.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
At the start of my professional career, I was in the dental field. I worked as a Dental Hygienist for about 3 years. I quickly realized it was not the career path for me. I was overworked, miserable and under constant stress. I wanted to be in a career that I enjoyed and that had flexible. In 2020 I decided to get my real estate license. This was the best decision I could have made. My overall mental, emotional and physical health has improved tremendously. In the past two years, I have been able to grow in my real estate career and achieve a true work life balance.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a Houston REALTOR®, specializing in residential leasing. I am with Vivid Realty Group. I help clients lease apartments, houses, condos and townhomes! My services are 100% free to renters and buyers! When you apply for your rental and add me as your referral source, the property pays me directly for referring you!
As your REALTOR® I can not only assist you with your rental search, but I can also help with approval concerns such as low credit, broken leases, evictions and some criminal history. I work hard to find the my clients the best deals Houston has to offer!
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Always prioritize your family, mental health and emotional well-being! If you are unhappy in your career or any aspect of your life, do something to change it!
