Hi Hannah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I created Turnkey Visuals back in May of 2019. I started this business because I saw a need in the real estate market for fast, efficient, high-quality photos and property tour videos. I wanted Turnkey Visuals to be a turnkey service that provided all of the marketing that a real estate agent would need to take their business to the next level in one company. Our goal is to provide our clients with top-tier service. Everything from our process to our one-day delivery of media ensures that Turnkey Visuals is the new standard for real estate media marketing.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Getting Turnkey Visuals to the well-known company it is today has been quite a journey. The hardest part of anything is getting started. At the beginning, the biggest thing I struggled with was building my client base. I knew how I could help realtors with their online presence; however, getting them to take a chance on a brand-new company was a struggle. Persistency and consistency were the keys to getting and keeping their business. I made sure they would not regret taking a chance on me by providing them with high-quality media and client satisfaction.

Turnkey Visuals, for the last 5 years, has specialized in listing photos, architectural photos, property tour videos, and matterport services. Turnkey is known for providing real estate professionals with high-quality listing photos and videos at an affordable price and a one-day turnaround. We serve hundreds of clients all over the Houston area, from pool builders to realtors, stagers, and custom home builders. Turnkey Visuals is EXPANDING and offering a new fun and creative content side of real estate media called Hype House Media. Hype House will be solely focusing on brand creation and will ultimately set the new standard of content for realtors. Turnkey Visuals is and has been the staple for listing media; however, Hype House Media will be the staple for realtors to elevate their online presence. It’s definitely something to get HYPE about!
