Today we’d like to introduce you to Jean Carlos Romero.
Hi Jean Carlos, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I am Venezuelan, I am 41 years old and I have already been in this country for more than 6 years, I am an administration professional, vibrational trainer, motivational coach, singer and radio host.
When I arrived in this country, I had to do whatever it took to get my family ahead, Uber, Lyft, construction, cleaning, and warehouse work, until in 2018 an excellent proposal arrived that allowed me to meet again with the professional that came from my country
I started in June 2018 with the company American Income Life in the city of Orlando, after working for a few months in an agency belonging to this company named Quintero & Partners, I received the proposal to move to the city of Dallas as part of the team that would start a project of the same company but with another agency, after a few months of working here we received the proposal to start our own business with American Income Life and we created the firm Romero & Partners, which today is one of the agencies with the greatest projection within of American Income Life and is the No. 1 agency in the Hispanic market
Thanks to my knowledge of management, administration, personal growth, and my part in acting, voiceover, and music, I was able to develop my personal brand where I share my knowledge with all the people interested in growing professionally in this country.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
As I mentioned before, it was not easy, since I was not used to doing very forced work, I worked on my own or in an office and arrived in this country, doing heavy tasks such as construction where for 8 months I had to learn to make buildings and make the roofs of them
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As I already said, I work in the financial services industry, but additionally, I dedicate myself to the creation of leaders, to the professionalization of people, I share my knowledge of management, acting, diction, voice projection, and how to function before the public, how to manage your emotions.
the difference is the passion with which I do my work, I enjoy it, I enjoy sharing everything I know, I keep nothing to myself and I guarantee that the people who work with me or who participate in my workshops achieve their goals
Any big plans?
My future plans are to expand our business throughout the United States, in addition to taking my knowledge to every corner of this country, and thus feel the satisfaction of creating comprehensive leaders and professionals.
