Hi Jiggaondabeat, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I started out as kid that was always just a little different than most. I looked at the world in a third eye lens and was looked as weird for being my self and wanting to create. I’ve been making beats for about 8 years now, and been a full time producer for 7 of those years. And I continue to grow and progress by just being me and doing God’s work.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
So far, it’s been pretty smooth, but the vision wasn’t clear at certain points in the journey. Like having to deal with self-doubt, why am I not up yet, paying attention to other people’s success, and not staying focused on me. But I feel like going through all those phases and emotions just led me to become stronger and made me a better man.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I create masterpieces through the art of music. I want to make sure each melody, sample, and lyric has a type of feeling to make a great song. And I’m proud to say that I don’t like to bite on trends or styles, I just do me. I think that’s what sets me apart as well, and the ability to experiment with different sounds and genres
