Today we’d like to introduce you to Killa D.
Killa , we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started at the age of 12 years old and walking around with a karaoke machine
I use to walk from my side of town in minden Louisiana which was the westside to the east side of the town to record my music with my cousin Dj Timmy . His mom use to throw the best block parties in the projects, we use to burn cds all around town to get us known and then from there I’ve moved to houston in 2009, started networking and got my name out by going to different places, performing and just building relationships in the industry
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The struggles I’ve had are losing close friends and people along the way of being in the industry. Just trying to stay motivated, positive, and focused on what matters most of the time!

I’m an hip hop artist and songwriter, I specialize in putting out great music! I’m proud of just being able to do what I love, which is music. What sets me apart from others is just my passion, dedication, consistency and being persistent.
What are your plans for the future?
I just want to earn as many plaques as I can , give back to the Dj’s and just reach as many goals as possible
