Hi Logan, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m from a small town called Stillwater, Oklahoma. Lived there most of my life and moved to Houston right at the beginning of 2020. Started doing hair in Oklahoma and continued after I moved to the city. I had high hopes for the beginning of the year, but as we all know, covid changed everything. Finding my ground has been a challenge, but readjusting to a new town can be difficult for anyone. The last few years were different than I envisioned, but I’ve learned so much about myself.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Growing up had ups and downs. I like to think that I’ve learned a lot about life through everything I’ve been through.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I do hair, and I absolutely consider it an art form. Many aspects of doing hair could almost be poetic. So much can unfold in a person’s life after visiting their stylist. Everyone has moments of doubt, but confidence is essential. Confidence can lead someone on the right path.
Is there anyone you’d like to thank or give credit to?
My family is a huge support system for me and I wouldn’t be where I’m at today without them. My sister, in particular. When I’m at my lowest, she is always there. We share a six-year difference but as she grew older, we grew closer.
