Hi Mack, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hello my name is Mack. I am a audio engineer from Houston Texas. I started at a local studio learning my craft and was able to have the opportunity to work close with alot of really great producers. All helping me learn the ropes and shapes my craft. Over time doing sessions I’ve been able to work and record with bigger artist. At one point I thought that I wasn’t going to be able to continue in my life. My uncle was someone who really helped pushed me spiritually had passed and it had a tool on my mental and music. But theought the strength of music I am able create more powerful work. The best think of it all is that I’m able to share it with everyone els
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Something I think everyone can relate to is that the road of life isn’t easy. Some of the challenges you face are dealing with building your team properly and maintaining a safe environment. Knowing that some will try to tear you down but it’s up to you to build it back up.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I professionally mix music to be used and broadcasted on radio platforms and projects that we hear every day.
I specialize in the tracking and mixing portions of records to ensure quality audio. Making them competitively clean and loud. When I first started my career people where always asking for beats. Mainly due to the fact that I was new and beats were proven to work and hit in the mainstream scene, but after working with producer mentors like “Big Cuzz” and “C4” they gave me the better insights into how to mix and create a more powerful sound. Now I’m known for my mixes I’ve done with Cash money artist “Saxk Boy KD”. Recently he has dropped snippets of songs and they have been exploding on social media, with the 2 diffrent snippets having 10k views on every platform form. I’ve been getting alot of love from those songs due to the quality. Songs that I’m personally proud of is a song called “JUMP DOWN”. This was created with me, C4, and artist Genorator Baby. The song represents strength and power while sounding quality. This is one of the first songs that started gaining my business momentum. Something that really sets me apart from other producers is the fact that no one is gonna really love the song your working on, they just slap a template on the vocal and send it back. That is not mixing, that is not mastering. I proudly take my time automating and adding personal delays and reverb to each one I work with. What sets me apart is dedication and craft. I can put you and your vibe inside of a track that u can keep forever.

What matters most is accurately portraying the artist vision in to the digital realm. Because this makes for the best music. Alot of people have great ideas but need the engineer to build it.
