I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road hasn’t always been smooth, and like any entrepreneurial journey, it’s been full of challenges. 💪 One of the biggest struggles was starting with limited resources while trying to build a team and establish a solid foundation for the business. There were moments of uncertainty, especially in the beginning, where I had to learn how to juggle multiple roles, from strategist to manager to creative.
A big turning point came when I started looking at expanding into new markets, like the United States. 🌎 While it was exciting, it also came with its own set of challenges: understanding a new market, its culture, and how to connect with the specific needs of immigrant families and small business owners. This has always been at the heart of what we do helping migrant families and small businesses navigate the digital world, so they can succeed in a new environment.
As we grow, it’s been crucial for us to stay true to our mission of helping people and businesses from diverse backgrounds. With time, I’ve learned that the key to overcoming these challenges is listening, adapting, and building relationships based on trust. The lessons learned from these struggles have only made us stronger, and I’m excited for the future as we continue to expand and support these communities. 🙌
