3. Balancing Learning with Execution: Real estate comes with a steep learning curve, from mastering contracts and negotiations to understanding local regulations, all while trying to meet client expectations.
4. Adapting to Market Fluctuations: The real estate market can be unpredictable, and learning to navigate these changes, especially when relocating to a new area, can feel overwhelming.
5. Time Management: Balancing client meetings, property showings, marketing, and continuous education can be a challenge, especially as i try to establish myself in a new field.
