Hi Shelly, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2020, I had lost all three jobs during Covid., At the end of 2021 when I lost my third job, which was doing Rideshare for Uber. I just felt like my whole world just turned upside down and fell apart.,
I just got to a real low place in my life and didn’t wanna be here no more. I told God that I was through with this evil world and to please take me out and take me to heaven, that I was done..
Finally I commanded God to take me out of this world right now or give me a passion and purpose and reason to live. Well, he sure did!
He gave me my purpose, which was my company and told me to do it. Now my purpose is to inspire. I started from the ground up with $700 and opened up my LLC. I’ve been working my own company and doing it by myself ever since.. I’ve been in business four years and it truly is a struggle, but it’s the most rewarding.
I have been in numerous magazines and became an author along the way and now I’m gonna be a future inspirational speaker on January 29 at Texas Southern University., I am speaking as their dream to dollars Spotlight speaker program and being the keynote speaker. I will be speaking to young entrepreneurs and college students about the great investment.
Telling them that it comes with great risk and great cost. But it comes with greater rewards, and that is what is most rewarding.
So yes, it is a struggle, and I hit rock bottom 2025. 2024 was my best year and 2025 was the worst year of my entire life.. The economy, the presidents, and just everything that happened, just put me at a downpour and it just kept raining and pouring. It has been raining and pouring, but not in a good way. But Miss Impeccable is what I’m known as and Miss Impeccable is unstoppable. She don’t give up.

I will be undefeated. Yes, this is the wildest craziest roller coaster of your life, Entrepreneurship. But it is the most exciting and rewarding one, then you can venture in to. Because everyone tells me that the comeback will be so much greater for me, after going through hell this past year of 2025 and all heartache and deeper struggles.
That God only puts you through more struggles and pain, to make you stronger and to see how much you can take. But we’re not supposed to take it and we’re just supposed to give it all to him and that’s what I’ve been trying my best to do.
Just give everything to him and not worry and just be patient and know it’s in his timing and not ours. Patience is a virtue.
But literally, I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place and I don’t have anything to my name; and I can’t do anything except for to wait on him. So he is all I got. I had to move twice and I lost my apartment because I can’t afford my own place now and I can’t afford food because I don’t have any business. The economy just went to the extreme worse situation, that it has ever been in my whole entire life. I have never seen it this bad. But just like I said, there’s too many drivers and everyone keeps signing up thinking that they’re gonna get rich and that we’re banking and we’re not banking at all as limo drivers. This is a very hard industry to be in; because we have so much expenses and overhead. But needless to say, it doesn’t mean that you can’t come out ahead, if you got the right kind of high paying clientele. The clientele that appreciate safety and appreciate impeccable service, and that unforgettable experience. The ones that appreciate us, Limo drivers and what we offer and stand for..
Nothing good comes easy and you just have to remember that.
Anything that comes easy, it wasn’t good and it wasn’t worth it to begin with.
I’m praying that God leads my help and gives me a business partner/investor that has the money. I’m praying that he helped me find a lifelong business partner, so I can get my books into movies. Also, someone to help me get up on more stages, doing inspirational speaking and get my company and Books out there. I just want to be a huge success and give back to the community and give people jobs and get my grand storefront.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has not been a smooth road at all!
Entrepreneurship is not a smooth road.
You’re not gonna see a straight path all the way to the top.,
You’re not gonna see a straight path to the riches!
The pathway will be very rocky and up and down, but eventually, you will stand tall and stand strong at the very top!
Miss Impeccable will stand the brightest at the very top!
The struggles is financially, not having any money saved up or not being born into the riches and having this Entrepreneurship journey planned. This Entrepreneurship journey wasn’t planned for me and it just found its way into my life, unlike many others.
I didn’t know I was gonna be an entrepreneur, and God led me to Entrepreneurship. God led me by saving my life and giving me a purpose and passion to live and thrive. Otherwise he could’ve took my life in 2021 and I would already be gone, and I wouldn’t be so inspiring and the inspirational person that I am. I wouldn’t have all this grit and perseverance like no other..
I wouldn’t be this motivating and authentic and innovative without Jesus. Jesus is the center of my world and everything that I do.
A couple other struggles, is being a woman, in a male dominated industry. It makes it 100 times harder for me to get anywhere and it might take a lot longer, but I will get there..
I definitely have a niche and I’m definitely different than the rest.

What I do? I own a high-end fleet service that provides Impeccable service services, secures Impeccable jobs, secures my future, and creates a legacy to inspire others.
What I am known for? I am known for safety, As number 1.
Also, know for Impeccable service and creating an unforgettable experience.
What I am most proud of? I am most proud of becoming an author along my journey.! It is the most powerful and most inspiring thing in my life and the reason why I’m still here! I want to write 100 books and I want to get Books into the movies. My next couple of books would be a hot passionate romance novel, and I want that one into a movie.!
I would like to do a children’s book that’s gears towards children with disabilities. Where it has pop outs and everything and it’s really beautifully designed.
Also, I would like to write the next chapter, in a book and just keep writing the next chapters of my life and journey.
I would like to get my inspiring memoir( spread the word I’m making it happen by Shelly Castle on Amazon in English in Spanish) in a movie as well as the next Pursuit Of Happiness movie! Basically a girl pursuing happiness, which is me!

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
Well, just me being an inspiration is what contributes to my success. Just me being 100% real and authentic and not sugarcoating anything. I don’t sugarcoat and lie about my journey, the wins, and the struggles.
I tell it just like it is!
The cold hearted truth!
The struggle is so real for me, because I don’t have any money or that energy. That’s the only thing that is stopping me from being a huge success and accomplishing my dreams and desires. So I guess just me telling people who I truly am and being real, has contributed to my success.
Just me being a real genuine person and a big huge giver, has contributed also. Just having a big heart and shining my light and life. Im being the brightest in every room that I go into 2026. This is what’s contributing to my continued success in 2026 and beyond..
