Life & Work with Tiffany Jules Glenn of Houston

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Jules Glenn.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Absolutely! Choosing JOY wasn’t just a tagline—it became my lifestyle.

My name is Tiffany Glenn, and I’m the founder of Jules.JOY Ltd Co, which includes Jules.JOY Travel and Jules.JOY Consulting. I started this journey with a heart for people and a love for experiences—whether that meant helping someone land their dream job or curating a getaway that reminded them life is still beautiful. At first, I was just that friend who booked the vacations, reviewed resumes, and gave pep talks over coffee. But after seeing lives actually transform through those simple moments, I realized… this could be something bigger.

With nothing but faith, my laptop, and some late-night hustle sessions, I filed my business paperwork and built my website from scratch. No investors, no blueprint—just purpose. And while I’ve worked in corporate America for years (currently in Global HR Compliance), I’ve always felt called to pour back into people—especially women, professionals of color, and dreamers trying to navigate this sometimes tough world.

Jules.JOY Consulting is all about career development, HR strategy, and workplace culture that actually works for real people. Jules.JOY Travel? That’s about freedom, healing, and creating accessible travel experiences for families who might not think it’s possible.

Every step of the way has taken intention, sacrifice, and a whole lot of grace—from juggling business and motherhood, to navigating a divorce, financial setbacks, and career pivots. But through it all, I chose joy. And now, I help others do the same.

At the end of the day, my goal isn’t just to grow a brand. I want to spread light, change lives, and prove that choosing joy—even when it’s hard—is always worth it.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Smooth? Not even close—but every twist and turn shaped me into who I am today.

Building Jules.JOY Ltd Co while navigating a demanding corporate career wasn’t easy. I’ve worked in high-pressure industries like aerospace and manufacturing, where leadership comes with high expectations, tight deadlines, and the constant push to deliver results—no excuses, just excellence.

What many people don’t see is that this business was financially funded out of pocket. No investors. No big startup loans. Just faith, discipline, and a vision I refused to let go of. Every website, every service, every strategy—I poured into it with my own resources, one intentional step at a time.

On the personal side, I went through a divorce after 20 years of marriage. Rebuilding my life—emotionally, financially, and spiritually—took courage. There were moments I had to dig deep and remind myself why I started. But I wasn’t just building a business. I was creating something that could change lives, restore confidence, and bring joy back into people’s journeys.

Relocating to Texas brought its own challenges too—finding my footing in a new city, rebuilding community, and staying connected to my adult children and grandchildren from afar. Balancing business, work, and family takes intention, but I’ve learned to prioritize peace, purpose, and what truly matters.

And what keeps me grounded? My children. Even now as adults, they always remind me of the very words I raised them on: “It may not be easy, but it’s worth it.” That’s our family mantra, and honestly—it’s the heart behind everything I do.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
At my core, I’m a builder—of people, of purpose, and of possibilities.

I’m the founder of Jules.JOY Ltd Co, which houses two powerful puzzle pieces: Jules.JOY Consulting and Jules.JOY Travel. One fuels careers and confidence. The other fuels freedom and connection. And both are deeply rooted in helping people experience life with more clarity, purpose, and JOY.

On the consulting side, I specialize in career development, HR strategy, compliance, and organizational transformation. Whether I’m coaching someone through a job transition, rewriting a resume that actually gets results, or partnering with businesses to improve culture and engagement—I bring real-world expertise with a personal touch. With 20+ years in HR, I’ve sat at the corporate leadership table. I understand both the pressure and the potential. My clients trust me to give honest feedback, boost their confidence, and help them show up as their best selves—in and out of the workplace.

On the travel side, I’m passionate about helping families and professionals escape the burnout cycle and rediscover life through experiences. I plan memorable, accessible trips—from luxe getaways to family-friendly adventures—because I believe everyone deserves rest, joy, and new memories.

What sets me apart? It’s not just what I do, it’s how I do it. I lead with heart, listen without judgment, and show up with strategy and soul. My approach is personal, purpose-driven, and rooted in transformation. I’m not here for quick fixes—I’m here to help people evolve.

I’m most proud of the moments when someone calls me and says, “Thank you”, or “Tiffany, I got the job,” or “That trip changed my life,” or “I finally feel seen.” That’s when I know the work is working.

And the best part? I get to do all of this while working in my rewarding position in corporate America in Global HR Compliance. So whether I’m coaching a client, consulting with a CEO, or curating a travel itinerary—I’m walking in purpose. And that’s what makes it all worth it.

Any big plans?
Oh, the future? I’m walking into it with bold faith, big vision, and of course—JOY.

Right now, I’m in a season of alignment—personally and professionally. I’m continuing to expand Jules.JOY Ltd Co, scaling both Jules.JOY Consulting and Jules.JOY Travel in ways that reach more people, more impactfully. I’m working on launching digital courses, hosting corporate workshops, and curating transformative retreats that blend career growth with personal healing. Because let’s be real—folks are tired of surface-level solutions. They want transformation. And I’m here for that.

In my corporate role as a Global HR Compliance Specialist, I’m still building inclusive systems and leading initiatives that drive meaningful change. But one of the biggest personal shifts I’m planning is law school.

My heart for law comes from seeing so many voices—especially men—go unheard, overlooked, or misunderstood. We often talk about advocating for women and children (and rightfully so), but there are also fathers, sons, brothers, and husbands navigating systems that don’t always see their humanity. I want to be a voice that helps bring balance and justice for everyone.

Personally, I’m leaning into peace, purpose, and the things that make me feel most grounded. I’m spending more time with the people who truly love and pour into me—especially my children and grandchildren. I’m carving out space to travel, to rest, and to dig into things that bring me joy… like gardening. There’s something about planting, pruning, and watching things bloom that feels symbolic of this next chapter in my life. I’m growing too—in every way.

So what’s next? More impact. More peace. More authenticity. I’m walking fully in my assignment—with bold faith, big vision, and of course… JOY!
