I am an Asian American living in Houston, Texas, and my journey to becoming a successful realtor has been a source of immense pride for me. Growing up in this vibrant city, I was surrounded by a rich multicultural environment that shaped my identity and instilled in me the values of hard work and determination. After completing my education, I felt drawn to the real estate industry, driven by a deep passion for helping people find their dream homes and making a positive impact on their lives. We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It was not always a smooth road. At the age of 29, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with lupus, a chronic autoimmune disease. It was undoubtedly a challenging moment, bringing uncertainty and new obstacles to my personal and professional life. But I refused to let lupus define me or hinder my dreams. With unwavering determination and a positive mindset, I sought proper medical care and adopted healthy habits to effectively manage my condition. Despite the challenges, I persevered in my real estate career, constantly honing my skills and staying ahead of market trends. Today, I am proud to have established myself as a reputable realtor in Houston. My commitment to exceptional customer service, market knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills has set me apart in the industry. I take pride in helping numerous families find their dream homes, making a positive impact on their lives, and creating a legacy that inspires others to chase their dreams and embrace their uniqueness.

Absolutely! When it comes to risk-taking, I firmly believe that if I can do it, anyone can too. Taking risks is an integral part of personal and professional growth, and it often requires stepping out of our comfort zones. One of the most significant risks I took was believing in myself and leaving behind the security of a 9-to-5 job to embark on my real estate journey.
Leaving the stability of a steady paycheck and venturing into the unknown was undoubtedly daunting. However, deep down, I knew that I had the drive, passion, and determination to make my mark in the real estate industry. I took the leap of faith, armed with the knowledge that success often lies just beyond the boundaries of our comfort zones.
This risk was not without its challenges. It required me to put in long hours, hone my skills, and navigate the competitive nature of the market. There were moments of doubt and uncertainty, but I persevered, fueled by the belief that I could create something meaningful and achieve my goals.
Looking back, taking that risk was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It allowed me to fully immerse myself in my passion for real estate and build a successful business. It opened doors to new opportunities, connections, and personal fulfillment that I wouldn’t have experienced had I stayed in my comfortable but unfulfilling 9-to-5 job.
