Today we’d like to introduce you to Aisha Taylor.
Aisha is an Author, Speaker, Edupreneur, and Confidence Coach for teachers and leaders. I teach leaders and teachers confidence-boosting strategies that position them to make a more significant impact both in and outside the classroom. Currently releasing a new book entitled Faith. Fear. Resilience, How To Reclaim Your Educational Life.
What sets Aisha apart is that she focuses on helping her clients use their gifts to discover their purpose and build confidence that impacts life success.
As a successful leader in Education with over twelve years of experiences currently serving as a Principal. Aisha is a well-respected leader in the community and is known for her passion to “do what’s right” for students.
She is passionate about supporting and coaching teachers and students. After going through a tough year in education, she was not sure if she would be able to continue to do what she loves. She began to think of ways to be innovative and to reclaim her passion for education. After much research in online businesses and being fascinated with the power of social media and its ability to reach people all over the world, Confidence Coach A. Taylor was born.
I learned the term Eduprenuer which is both an Educator and Entrepreneur. An Edupreneur lead with a 21st-century mindset and is known globally inside and outside the classroom. It allows her to open up the movement of learning from one too many, from localized to global, from the past and present into the future all while making a profit.
She does that by creating digital products such as eCourses, planners, journals, and webinar series. Aisha is free to creatively allocate resources and support leaders and teachers without the strain of adhering to district policies that are often attached. Research shows that when you’re confident in your abilities, it increases your success. She plans to continue to motivate and coach leaders and teachers in a way that she feels is successful by focusing on confidence.
She has recently been featured on Black Educators Rock, a keynote speaker at Lone Star College Tomball Fearless Grit Summit and spoke on integrating instructional technology in the classroom at Houston Community College.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has not been a smooth road at all. My book is the product of what came out of a struggling time in education. It is a compelling story about the life of a dedicated educator, and her glorious triumph to overcome the trials and tribulations of the profession. That day now serves as a cornerstone to reflect on the attributes of faith, fear, and resilience to overcome this trying time in her life.
This book chronicles the effects of the daily trials faced by educators and the intersectionality of how such hardships could potentially affect their personal lives. I take readers, and educators alike, through this personal journey in hopes to find their own truths and rediscover the love and passion for their chosen profession.

What sets me apart is that I focus on helping people use their gifts to discover their purpose and build confidence that impacts life success. I specialize in inspiring and motivating others through speaking engagements and creating digital products that impacts and supports teachers and leaders.
I am most proud of my ability to inspire and lead teachers and leaders to successfully impact their lives in and out of the classroom and students academically.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
I am excited about the future and vision God has given me! My future consists of a line of “confidence” products such as T-Shirts, BoldHer planner/journal, and an annual brunch or retreat for confident and bold leaders ready to use our gifts to discover our passion to live out our purpose.
