Aliyah, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Glamour Lash and Extensions is owned by Aliyah Hayward, providing glamorous bundles, lashes, and more. Glamour Lash and Extensions was founded in 2018. I’ve always had a passion for hair, lashes, makeup and pretty much anything that has to do with beauty. Everyday, someone would ask me where do I get my hair from or who does it. What really inspired me to start my own business is to make women feel beautiful and confident in their looks when it comes to hair and lashes.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Tbh entrepreneurship isn’t easy; any entrepreneur would agree with that. You have to keep going, keep pushing whatever you have a passion for. For me, when I first started, I learned so much about the business. I am still continuing to learn and grow my business.

Glamour Lash and Extensions provides bundles and lashes. We’re known for our hair and lashes. The thing that I am most proud of about the company is that I started this alone. The fact that I said I wanted to start and business and actually did it is so accomplishing to me it puts a smile on my face. My business will continue to grow.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over with my business, something I would have done differently is nothing. I believe the way I started will be apart of my story when my company grows to be a 6 figure company, which I think and pray that it will.
