Meet Allen F. Morris IV of Astute Consulting Solutions

Today we’d like to introduce you to Allen F. Morris IV.

Mr. Allen F. Morris IV was born and raised in Beaumont, TX, where he attended Clifton J. Ozen High School. As a young child Allen had to overcome adversity. Allen was challenged with being raised without a Mother or Father and a toxic environment. As a teenager, he vowed to become more than what was expected of him. With every statistical odd against him, Allen moved to Houston to pursue his dreams. Upon settling in Houston, he worked as a Criminal and Family Law Paralegal at Law Offices of Bianca Santorini. This position led him to network and build business relationships with several prominent pillars of the local area law community.

In 2013, Allen began working for Law Offices of Sunita Kapoor, PC. After (4) years of dedicated service, Allen was promoted to Senior Paralegal for the Family Based sector. Part of Allen’s role was to assist undocumented immigrants that were married and/or divorced from United States citizens or legal permanent residents and are victims of domestic violence. He also helped undocumented immigrants who were victims of crimes such as Sex Trafficking, Aggravated Assualt, and Robbery. The law allows such immigrants to seek legal status without fear of consequence from local authorities. Through hard work, trust, and due diligence in large part, Allen is responsible for the fact that the firm never lost any case. In connection with other roles, Allen has experience in many complex immigration law matters and maintained a high success rate with the firm.

Allen has developed an unmatched reputation built on positive relationships with every person he encounters. He swiftly ascertained legal knowledge through studying and educational accolades. As an essential factor with case analysis and success, Allen has ensured all clients remained in the palm of his hand. Allen has advocated for the voiceless in the silence for years. Allen believes that to achieve success, one must remove the need for social and professional acceptance. If you are called to serve, do it without holding out your hand for a reward. Allen is #ForThePeople and will always advocate for his community and those who are need of Gladiators.

In 2017 Mr. Morris graduated with honors from Grand Canyon University, (B.S.). He is presently a candidate for an M.A. (Law) at Regent University School of Law with a concentration in International Law and Human Rights.

Today Allen is in the final stages of launching a Crisis/Risk Management and Asset Protection Firm. His goal is to garner fortune-500 companies who require services to prevent all sorts of crisis which often occurs in a social media-driven society. Allen’s life dream is to be a Senator. He plans to help push and implement laws of inclusiveness and social justice.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No.

Being black and gay, I am often not taken serious or prejudged as uneducated. In one of the previous roles, I was always met with a shocking surprise expression when I was introduced as their case manager. Over time, I built up a reputation which promoted me to a different type of response. Once people got over the “Black” part, I need to prove that I was educated enough. Then once I was educated enough, I had to prove what I identify as did not compromise my ability to be successful.

The responses I received fueled my fire to ascertain as much education as possible. I push myself to be twice as good. I am in a constant battle with myself to out-do what I did the year before.

Astute Consulting Solutions – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
Astute Consulting Solutions will strive to perfect the reputation of companies in every sector. I plan to break barriers on how a company creates then implements policies for staff and customers. A primary goal is to recreate the foundation of companies with tainted reputations. This is also the same for public figures or elected officials. A different approach to campaigning and implementing real change is vital with time.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
My proudest moment is seeing clients lives handed back to them. Working in Immigration Law has opened me up to a different way of thinking and how I view humans. Witnessing people going through trials, and tribulations silently was an essential key. I had to empathize with unique situations that were often unclear to me. I’ve also been blessed to befriend and interact with a variety of cultures. With time, I have learned how we can all coexist respectfully.

Rolling up my sleeves and getting the hard work done for case success was my primary motive.

At the first meeting, clients are vulnerable and frightened. They have watched the news or people with power spew hate rhetoric of anti-immigrant, which causes them to fall into a cloud of anxiety and depression. In my role, I have been able to remove the dark cloud with sunshine and hope. Being successful is the icing on the cake. I give honor to God for blessing me with an unmatched gift.
