Meet Alli Knoth of Guaranteed Giddy in The Woodlands

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alli Knoth.

Alli, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I’ve worked on and off in the fitness industry for ten years, as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor –not a natural fit for a shy introvert (at first)! But, I’ve always loved helping people and over the years, working one on one as well as teaching groups helped me improve my social skills.

After quitting an administrative job within the industry I decided to start my own business, Guaranteed Giddy. I paid the bills personal training full time and started to notice that my clients began to confide in me more than ever but I didn’t always know how to help them.

I had previously worked with a life coach that helped me gain confidence and it dawned on me that I could help others in that way too. In addition to certifying as a life coach, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and an Orange Theory Fitness coach certification. I’m doing it all and loving it! I feel confident to help others mentally and physically and bring my message to the world through Guaranteed Giddy. Helping clients to design a life where they feel confident, strong and magnetic is the best job in the world.

I have a BS in Exercise Science from Sam Houston State University. I’m also an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, certified Beautiful You Life Coach, TRX Trainer, 200 hours Registered Yoga Instructor and Orange Theory Fitness Coach.

I’m happily married to charming Mr. Giddy and have a beautiful calico cat named Colette. Fun family addition – I’m expecting my first child in May 2018!

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Anything amazing doesn’t come too easy. Over the years, I was cursed with bouts of depression and low self-esteem, this affected my career performance. My faith and perseverance brought me through to the other side. I love supporting people who are like me, those who let the drawbacks of some introvert behaviors derail their success.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Guaranteed Giddy – what should we know?
I founded Guaranteed Giddy as a ‘happiness blog’ in the summer of 2015. I had a personal blog before and had always been an avid writer, but I had this big inspiration to create a bright spot on the internet so I did just that. In the beginning, I wasn’t very organized, but over the years I honed my voice and created monthly focuses. I am very proud of the content I put out in the world and love working one on one with my personal training and life coaching clients.

Guaranteed Giddy is one of a kind because I bring a voice to those who are typically unheard. Wonderfully shy introverts wanting to create their dream life! I want to reach a wider audience and will continue to grow my brand with more personal development workshops and public speaking opportunities.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
My faith in God has saved me time and time again. I’m giddy to have a relationship with Him. My very first life coach, Latoya Groves, helped me realize my potential and I am forever grateful for her belief in me. My high school youth pastor’s wife, Sara Weaver, though we’re not always in touch, I’ve always felt her support over the years. She was a great role model to me in my formative years.
