Angelica Noyola, President & CEO of Snapper Jack’s Catering, has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is continually joining programs that can help with the growth of her business. She believes technology and innovation is an important key to stay current in any business market. Angelica is also a proud graduate of the Goldman Sachs 1000K Small Business program.
An entrepreneurial leader, Angelica has worked her way up through humble beginning as a bar back washing glasses, to an industry innovator driving new business opportunities and leading start-up ventures. Angelica’s visionary direction, knowledge, and drive have brought many opportunities to her community.
Angelica highly involved in the community. She has served as a board member in a Hispanic focused organization. She is also an active member of organizations that promote and advocate for those who are underrepresented.
As a philanthropist, Angelica uses her platform to support and assist organizations that encourage and educate our future generation.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
NO, I believe the most challenging was Closing our restaurant in 2015 due to the construction of highway 290, it happened three months after I suffered a tragic car accident, but, starting over while hurt and going through surgeries was not easy
Please tell us about Snapper Jack’s Catering.
We provide corporate catering services to corporations and none profit organizations in the Greater Houston area, offering a variety of menus. We are known for the freshness of our food, we strive to use the best ingredients in the market and cook everything from scratch. I am proud of our great team who always execute and deliver. We are known for the delicious food and friendly service. What set us apart of others, is to be trailblazers in several areas in our industry, not just food but also presentation. We are always looking for ways or areas to improve or change to benefit our client’s needs
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
All that happened gave me the most valuable lessons and made me grow as a person and business owner. I wouldn’t change anything.
