Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashlee Lang.
Ashlee, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I am someone who is obsessed with organization. I have always found peace in other people’s chaos and clutter. I found myself organizing the closets of family members and close friends a few years ago and it blossomed into something beautiful. Spaces by Ash officially started in October of 2017.
Although it has only been a short time, this has been such an amazing journey. I have met some of the most incredible and supportive people in Houston through my business, and I am thankful for each and every one of them.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I feel one of the main struggles I have encountered since starting Spaces by Ash has been the fear of failure. Starting your own business can be overwhelming at times, however, my fabulous clients have helped me to keep pursuing this dream. Overall, things have gone smoothly for me and I am so thankful for that.
Please tell us about Spaces By Ash.
Spaces by Ash is a company created to cater to the organizational needs of the people of Houston. As a professional organizer, I do everything from decluttering my client’s clothing, to complete closet renovations. I am extremely proud of the progress my company has made in the short time we have been in business.
What sets Spaces by Ash apart is the heart behind the brand. I truly care about my clients, they become family to me. When you are in a person’s closet for several hours at a time, you really get to know them.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over, the only change I would have made would have been to start sooner. If I had to do this all over again I would have started this years ago.
