Milano Nail Spa’s Grand Opening was in October 2016. By January 2017, the salon was under new owner and new management. When a customer walks into Milano Nail Spa, we are guarantee they will walk out happy. With Milano Nail Spa, costumers satisfaction, safety and sanitary is what important to us.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The road was not as smooth as it should be. Milano Nail Spa has lost many customers since their first original grand opening. When I took over Milano Nail Spa in January 2017, it took me sometime to build customers and their trust all over. There was some obstacles on the road but along with me and my technicians we were able to rebuild the trust from the customers and keep them coming back to us.

I went to Milano this week for the first time. I’m going thru ca never treatments for the 3rd time. do hant been to a nail salon in a while because ususlly they are so rough. The ladies that rendered my service were do gentle and caring along with Brian. I felt so stress free I’m scheduled to return in another week. APPLAUSE, APPLAUSE Milano. Thank you

Brian, the owner is wonderful. Im particular about my nails and I always leave very happy. This is my favorite nail salon in the last decade. Always clean and friendly with happy employees.
