With a sales and facility management background, I relocated from Detroit, MI to Houston, TX because of family and opportunity. I began in the landscaping business, which led to sprinkler systems, then I was introduced to pressure washing. After doing research, I learned about soft washing. Soft washing increased my income 500%.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Primarily, it’s been a smooth road. I’ve always been a hustler. Grit and grinding, door knocking, cold-calling, go-getter!

-To clean vertical surfaces we use a low-pressure soft wash process. Our proprietary solution includes a mildew-killing formula and we rinse with a silicone based mildew retardant that prevents the algae and mildew from returning for up to 18 months.
Our primary focus is on the protection of people, property and plants. A lot of contractors boast having insurance which confuses me a little. Having insurance is important – we are heavily insured, but insurance doesn’t improve the quality of service.

My wife is my strongest supporter. My parents (recently celebrated 50 years of marriage) are my role models. I’ve read a ton of books, watched a ton of videos, and I just work hard. I sacrifice tv shows, entertainment, birthdays, holidays, weekends all to invest in my company. I Work hard. When I do play, I play hard.
