Randy founded the company more than 30 years ago and proudly serves the Kingwood area—the same community where he was raised with his family. Because of this deep local connection, Randy knows the area extensively and understands the homes, neighborhoods, and needs of Kingwood homeowners.
Superior Home Renovations is built on a commitment to quality craftsmanship and a passion for helping clients bring their vision to life. Every project is approached with care, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring results that are both beautiful and functional.
Most recently, the team completed a full downstairs remodel, transforming the home to better suit the homeowner’s lifestyle. The project included converting an unused closet into a custom wine room, reimagining a rarely used dining room into a more functional lounge area, and updating the primary bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and all living spaces.
Currently, Superior Home Renovations is working on a full-home remodel, including strategic floor plan changes designed to create a more modern, open, and functional living space.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Remodeling is rarely a completely smooth road, and no project ever goes exactly as planned. There are always a few unexpected challenges along the way. However, our design-build approach and the extensive time we invest in planning and design allow us to anticipate issues and adapt quickly when they arise.
Because of this preparation, we’re able to find solutions efficiently and keep projects moving forward without losing sight of the client’s vision. While the process isn’t always perfect, navigating those challenges is simply part of remodeling—and in the end, everything comes together exactly as it should.
