Meet Camarsha Felix of Revitalize Infusion & Aesthetics

Today we’d like to introduce you to Camarsha Felix.

Hi Camarsha , it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Camarsha ( Codi) Felix is the founder and owner of Revitalize Infusion & Aesthetics in Katy, Texas. A board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, she brings sixteen years of perioperative nursing experience to her practice, with the past five years devoted to pain management, aesthetics, and wellness. RI&A was born from personal experience. After years in the demanding, physically taxing world of acute hospital care, Codi knew firsthand what it meant to wake up in pain every day – and what continuing down that path could ultimately cost her health and her future. Rather than accept it, she built something better: a practice rooted in the belief that no one should have to live in chronic pain, and that real relief is possible. That conviction shapes everything at RI&A. Having walked the path her patients walk, Codi treats every person who comes through her doors with rare empathy – pairing clinical expertise with a true understanding of what it means to want your life, and your body, back. For her, this work is also deeply personal: a healthier, freer future for herself, for her daughter, and for every patient who deserves the same. Today, Codi leads RI&A with a simple promise – evidence-based care, delivered with warmth, in a space designed to help you feel your best from within.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Two challenges stand out. The first is capital: because I’ve funded everything myself, expansion happens only as fast as the business can support it, which means being deliberate about every piece of equipment and every hire. The second is visibility. Katy is a competitive market, and earning attention — in local search and on social media — has been a slower build than the clinical side of the business.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Revitalize Infusion & Aesthetics is a quality medical spa and wellness clinic in Katy, Texas, built on a simple conviction: aesthetics and longevity are not separate conversations. Camarsha “Codi” Felix, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, and I still practice clinically alongside running this practice. That matters more than it sounds like it does.
We specialize in IV infusion therapy, medical weight management, bioidentical hormone replacement, peptide therapy, hair restoration, body sculpting, and injectable aesthetics. But what we’re actually known for is the depth underneath those services. Every protocol we offer was written, not borrowed. Our peptide program runs on eleven documented clinical stacks with per-stack informed consent. Our hormone and weight management programs are built around lab work, follow-up, and real prescribing scope — not a menu and a signature.
My background is in perioperative nursing and pain management, which shaped everything about how this clinic operates. I came up in environments where sterile technique, dosing accuracy, and documentation weren’t preferences — they were the difference between a good outcome and a bad one. That standard didn’t loosen when I opened an aesthetics practice. It’s the reason patients who’ve been treated elsewhere tell us the intake alone feels different.
What sets us apart is that we treat the whole person. A patient may come in for Botox and leave with a hormone panel ordered, because the fatigue she mentioned in passing was the more important thing she said. We have the clinical training to catch that, and the license to act on it.
Brand-wise, what I’m most proud of is the restraint. This industry is loud — flash sales, filtered before-and-afters, promises no one can keep. We built something quiet instead. Cream and gold, clean typography, honest language. Our tagline, *Restore. Rejuvenate. Revitalize.*™, isn’t a slogan I bought; it’s the actual sequence of care we believe in. You restore what’s depleted before you rejuvenate what’s aged, and only then does anyone feel genuinely revitalized.
What I’d want your readers to know is this: you don’t have to choose between being taken seriously as a patient and being treated beautifully as a guest. We’re a small, clinician-owned practice, and every person who walks through our door is treated by someone with the credentials to actually take care of them.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I can’t credit luck. Every milestone in this business has come through hard work and personal sacrifice. There were no loans and no outside investors — I funded it myself and built it on my own. What I will credit is my customers: a dedicated base that trusted me early, stayed loyal, and referred the people who came after them.
