Today we’d like to introduce you to Cammy, Brandon and Nicholas Simpson.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Cammy, Brandon, Nicholas. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I started the company with my husband Jimmie Simpson. We are now divorced and my two grown sons and I run the company. We have been in business over 25 years.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not too many struggles because we have had the same guys for the past 12 years. Some as long as 16 years.
Simpsons Tree Service – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
We do tree trimming and removal. Nothing else no much no gutter cleaning. We do the same thing every day. We can take down huge trees or do very delicate trimming. My guys do both every day. We have been in business a long time and our experience is out of the norm. We do quality work every day. We have tons of repeat and referral business. We are not the cheapest but we are the best. We run a big crew and complete jobs quickly. Mostly because it is the same guys every day and they know each other. They work like a well-oiled machine. My 2 sons run the crew and do the estimates. They have been taught customer service for as long as they can remember. They are in their late twenties and early thirties and they have done this work since high school.
The guys use ropes and harnesses to climb the tree and lower limbs down to the guys on the ground for clean-up. Quality work and experience.
What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
My sons valuing our business.
