The Houston Luxury Living Team was founded in 2018. Candace started her team because her business grew so rapidly and exponentially that she needed a team to help manage all of her client’s needs. Since then, Candace has added three team members, Alicia, Atia, & Garelyn to her team. Candace & The Houston Living Team prides themselves on all being Houston Natives and having our real estate goals & visions aligned with each other.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
As with growing any team, ideally, your plans take shape. However, realistically, you have to overcome challenges, team member’s personal challenges, obstacles, & fears while guiding them to meeting their goals.

The Houston Luxury Living Team guides buyers & sellers through the real estate homebuying process while utilizing our master negotiation skills & accredited luxury home specialist skills. Our team brings a wealth of knowledge and believes in educating clients in buying, selling and leasing both residential as well as commercial real estate in the nation’s 4th largest city.
We are most proud of being recipients of Houston Black Real Estate Association Top 20 Award-2019, the NextHome President’s Circle Award along with the 2019 Office Pinnacle Award. In addition, we are also proud of partnering with 60 plus homebuyers and sellers in helping them achieve their real estate goals.
What sets us apart from our competition is our red carper concierge service with a vast network including but not limited to our in-house home stating services. The Houston Luxury Living team consists of full-time Houston-Native REALTORS.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Our plans for the future are expanding our service territory, our team membership count, and adding REALTOR designations to our team’s resume as well.
