Thank you for the opportunity to share my story. My path to entrepreneurship began early in life and was shaped by responsibility, resilience, and a strong drive to create stability for my family. Those experiences developed the discipline and leadership that influence how I operate today.
I entered the healthcare industry through medical billing and coding, initially as a practical career choice. What I quickly discovered was a deep affinity for the analytical and problem-solving nature of revenue cycle management. My commitment to understanding payer guidelines, compliance requirements, and claims strategy positioned me for rapid growth into management roles.
As my career progressed, I became increasingly involved in complex claims work—appeals, reimbursement disputes, and supporting attorneys with mediation, arbitration, and payer-related litigation. This intersection between healthcare operations and legal strategy became my expertise. I developed a reputation for high-level claims research, policy interpretation, and recovering revenue others had written off as lost.
When physicians and administrators began seeking my guidance independently, I recognized an opportunity to create something of my own. With mentorship and years of industry experience, I founded Anguiano RCM Billing & Consulting LLC, a firm dedicated to delivering precise, compliance-driven revenue cycle solutions rooted in data, integrity, and advocacy

Transitioning from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship required a full rethinking of how I worked. Running a company involves not just being an expert in your field, but also mastering operations, client relations, strategic planning, and growth management.
Balancing business development with family responsibilities required intentional decisions and the support of my husband and family.
