Hi Ceseli, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started practicing yoga back in 2015 during a season of deep stress and burnout. At the time, I didn’t know what I was looking for, I just knew something had to change. Yoga was the first thing that gave me a sense of peace, clarity, and connection to myself. Over time, I noticed how it wasn’t just transforming my body, but also the way I moved through life.
That led me to pursue teacher training, and what began as a personal practice quickly turned into a calling. I quit my job, became a certified yoga instructor, and opened my first business, initially focused on movement and healing. But as I continued on my own spiritual and entrepreneurial journey, I realized the deeper layers: embodiment, feminine energy, nervous system regulation, business and the energetics of success.
Today, I’m a Business Energetics & Embodiment Mentor helping women awaken their dormant energy, reconnect with their body and feminine essence, and launch soul-led businesses that are built from alignment, not hustle. Everything I teach is rooted in the journey I’ve lived… from survival mode to liberation, from external success to deep embodiment.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Not at all. Quitting my job to start my business was one of the scariest things I’ve ever done, especially financially. I had no safety net, just a strong gut feeling I had to follow. And then, three months later, my husband passed away unexpectedly. I was grieving and trying to keep my brand new business alive. It forced me into deep healing and taught me that true success comes from within, through embodiment, nervous system regulation, and self-trust. That’s now the core of what I teach.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
My business is rooted in authenticity, spirituality, and deep transformation. I help women reconnect with their feminine power, embody their truth, and create soul-led success without burning out or abandoning themselves in the process.
I’m most known for my unique blend of yoga, sound healing, business energetics, and embodiment work. I don’t just teach strategy or mindset, I guide women through the unseen: energetic blocks, nervous system regulation, feminine leadership, and the frequency of success. I blend the 3D (strategies) and the 5D (energy), so the work is grounded, but also deeply spiritual and expansive.
I bring women together through classes, events, mentorship, and masterminds that feel like portals – designed to help them come home to themselves, awaken dormant energy, and rise into the next level of their leadership and life. From their first feminine flow class to launching their soul-led business, I meet them where they are and walk with them as they evolve.
What sets me apart is the depth. I’m not afraid to go there….. grief, ego deaths, identity shifts, manifesting. My clients feel seen, safe, and activated. I’m proud of how much I’ve allowed my business and brand to evolve with me because real growth requires reinvention.
