Today we’d like to introduce you to Charlotte Neal, LMT, CLC, PMRC.
Hi Charlotte, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Ms. Charlotte R. Neal is a mother of 2 adult sons and grandmother of 2 . A native Houstonian, Charlotte graduated magna cum laude from M B Smiley High. She studied Business Administration at University of Houston. After 15 years in Corporate America, Charlotte desired to become an entrepreneur and by divine calling was led into massage therapy. She is a 4X Bestselling Author, Certified Life Coach, Health Coach, and award-winning Massage Practitioner [with 17 years licensed in Texas]
Charlotte is the founding member of Houston Outcall Massage LLC. Thru her company, she and a team of passionate massage therapists bring professional services into clients’homes, hotels, schools, corporate offices and events across Houston & surrounding cities. In late 2018, Charlotte returnee to private practice in a boutique spa setting she calls CharSpa. Charlotte has branded her style of therapy as “Massage With A Twist” -and tells her clients they have just been “CHAR-MA-TIZED.” (with a laugh).. She explains that her hands are blessed to deliver relief and healing. With the grace of God on her life. Charlotte has the advantage of being both a therapist, life coach and ordained minister. When the need arise, Charlotte instinctively knows where to apply her spiritual gifts to pray, encourage, coach/counsel and uplift clients who need more than just a relaxing touch but receives a unique experience!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
My biggest challenge has been retaining good therapists to work alongside me in my business after I trained them on how to effectively Fasciablast. Most will get the advanced knowledge and then become my competitor; offering the same service at a much cheaper price.
But, I have come to appreciate this as a sign that Educating & Training is one of my gifts and I intend to open my own Massage & Advanced Learning Institute in Houston in the near future.
I realized from my biggest challenge, was an opportunity to groom the next generation of Massage Therapists, Healers and Bodyworkers with the advanced knowledge & techniques I gained and crafted in my 20 years in this industry.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about you do? What sets you apart from others?
I launched my 1st massage business under the name of Houston Outcall Massage in early 2011, to offer Houston residents a spa-lile experience in their homes, hotels or private events. In late 2021, I relaunched that business under the name of HOM Relax Zone, LLC (www.homrelaxzone.com).
In this business, I hand-pick top massage therapists who have a passion & love for serving others with excellence to work alongside me (as contractors) to fulfill busy job requests from in-home clients, hotel guests and corporate offices seeking professional massage.
What makes me a Difference-Maker, is my gift of listening to each body I serve tell me what it needs intuitively then I deliver a custom massage experience with pin-point treatment to bring healing relief, recovery and optimal health.
Clients are always amazed at how my hands instinctively go straight to their problematic areas (in most cases before they even tell me). And I love to hear the compliment, I FEEL LIKE A BRAND NEW PERSON❗ (what satisfaction my work brings me).
So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
I answered this question in my last comment.
Knowing that I solved a client’s problematic areas & gave them relief while also addressing other areas of concern like their emotional health, self-care and overall well-being. As a certified life coach, I incorporate dialogue & questions into my massage to address more than just a client’s physical body need.
My clients actually love & appreciate my brand of therapy ‘MASSAGE WITH A TWIST’.
It matters to me that client comes as often as needed to receive the Best Results from their therapy and I often GIVE MANY FREE SESSIONS with the purchase of a Pre-Paid Package to shave costs and I take the loss of income as a form of sacrificial seed-sowing into their lives.
As a woman of faith, I understand the Law of Seed-time & Harvest. What I give comes back to me pressed down, shaken together and running over (Luke 6;38, a scripture I live by).
