Herman, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
As a general success role in life, I have always believed, you are more likely to regret the decisions you failed to make, more than the decisions you made and failed. Cheplex Five Star Limo Service actually started as a delivery company called Universal Transits, back in the spring of 2012. We offered same day delivery services, like flowers for local flower shops, medications for local pharmacies and occasionally blood samples or medical supplies delivery for hospitals and health centers.
At about summer 2014, most of my close friends started requesting that I drive them to Bars or be the designated driver and occasionally I found myself always volunteering to pick up people from the airport. I have always had a great passion for driving, drove to 48 states! So far.
Well, spring of 2015 , I started creating Ads on Craigslist titled 24 Hours Transportation Services, offering Airport rides or just take people around. At one point I started receiving more calls a day
for transportation service than I did delivering. The relationships I built during this period were incredible and key to my success today. I found myself always meeting new people and attending many social events! Weddings, graduations, just to name a few! But I wasn’t a registered car service at the time, so by summer 2015, I knew it was time to get serious and get insured & yes! Certified which I did in September of 2015 and here we are two plus years later!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Well, it’s been a fantastic transition from delivering products to Transportation people, but I must say it hasn’t been easy running a premium limo service. Just getting all the permits or yearly renewals is extremely time consuming, and at times very challenging . So much details is involved in planning trips as people who use our premier car service are looking for a more personalized service. Getting to know the customer and creating a person portfolio of their “likes” and “dislike” isn’t always easy. Lots of very specific details are involved especially with group transfers or special events.

We started with one car, one driver, and a few customers ! And I was the driver! That was easy to manage. Now, we operate and manage a fleet of over 17 cars, 2 vans, and 26 staff members!
People change travel plans or last minute details to special events so we have to constantly be ready to accommodate any changes to make a trip or an event, a memorable experience for
our clients.
Also, training new staff to maintain the quality of high end service we offer has also been a small challenge, our clients are used to expecting excellent supper service when they request our services so training everyone to always be on the same page has been a minor challenge

Well, Cheplex Five Star Limo Service is the most Premier Limo Service in the State of Texas. We offer personalized Airport Transfers, Transportation for Special Events , Birthdays , Weddings , Quinceanera , Bachelorette & Bachelor Parties. Private Executive Chauffeur for the biggest CEOs who visit or stay in Houston, accounts for about 60% of our business. 75% of our fleet is less than 2 years old and all our cars were bought brand new! And yes! We only buy high end custom ordered vehicles. Recently we added some 2018 Premium Luxury Cadillac SUVs. Each new car is equipped with The lasted technology like Wi-Fi , Enough charging pots , HDMI , satellite TV and Radio , state of the Art music and surround system that make every trip a five star experience for everyone !

As we get to know our customers, we offer complimentary coffee, tea or soft drinks for early Airport Transfers and at times Premium flowers or bouquet when they send us to pick their special guest visiting Houston.

Our logistic and dispatching System is design to make sure drivers are always 15 mins early at Scheduled pick up times and of course are willing to wait should passengers need a little more time. Most companies will start charging you the second they arrive and Occasionally are not able to wait if you are not ready at your scheduled time. We are always willing to adjust to customers changing needs.
For airport Transfers , we monitor and track all flights through An advance monitoring system , so we know if your flight is delayed or coming in early. Hence our clients never have to wait at the airport if you arrive early because we have that information real time.
Our client based has increased about 72% this year solely based on client referring their best friends and family members to us, and that’s what I’m proud of the most ! Just knowing that they are satisfied with the service we provide.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Trust! Most of our Clients are very high end , very particular citizens ! They don’t like anyone knowing their whereabouts! Not their friends, not their family! They trust that we are always going to deliver the best possible service.
Building trust is very essential for us. Respecting clients privacy is key and making sure they know we are always here 24/7 to assist them with all their transportation needs.
Safely too is important to us.
We take safe driving very serious, that’s why all of drivers have at least 5 years professional driving experience and have completed at least 1000 trips successfully with other well respected companies. We always try to go far and beyond to earn customer satisfaction. We recently added Complimentary car seats for kids of all ages just to make sure everyone is safe while riding with Us.
