I’ve always had a special fascination with the world of beauty. I started working in this field when I was just 17 years old. In 2014, I began my university studies in my home country, and during that time, I took my first steps as an entrepreneur. In 2015, I registered my first company and launched an online beauty store in Venezuela. My business, *Maracaibo Compras*, was a great success. Even at such a young age, I managed it with dedication while studying law.
At the same time, I decided to explore my passion for makeup, becoming a professional makeup artist and teaching personalized and group classes. Shortly before leaving Venezuela, I took another big step by creating my own clothing brand, Cala Design VE.
When I arrived in the United States, I wanted to do something different, something that truly fulfilled me and made me happy. That’s when I decided to focus on laser hair removal, a choice that completely transformed my life.
Today, my business, By Claudia Carquez LLC, continues to grow, thanks to the trust and support of so many amazing people. I specialize in laser hair removal, a technology that not only helped me feel better about myself but also allows me to help others regain their confidence. Additionally, I offer spray tanning services, botulinum toxin applications, and facial fillers.
Every day, I strive to improve my techniques and keep learning. I am passionate about delivering high-quality services with professionalism, personalized attention, and authenticity, values that have always defined me.
What once was a personal insecurity has now become the reason I love what I do. For me, this is not just a job; it’s my passion. Helping people feel good in their own skin and being part of their transformation process is a true honor and deeply fulfilling.

Personally, one of the biggest challenges is standing out among so many professionals in the beauty industry. However, thanks to my hard work, dedication, and the quality of my services, many clients choose to trust me for their treatments.

Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I am a law graduate from Venezuela, although I never practiced my profession because I moved to the United States right after finishing my degree.
Honestly, law was not my true passion. I decided to study it because I wanted to pursue a university career, and while I was drawn to medicine, getting into that field was very challenging at the time.
