Meet Danita Carey of Missouri city

Today we’d like to introduce you to Danita Carey.

Hi Danita, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My business begin in 2014 with a frozen dessert truck selling Italian ice and Gelato . I love the outdoors and wanted to be apart of events and festivals. After years of customers asking do we have a permanent location because they loved the Repicci’s brand product and wanted it more often. My family decided to search for a location. Our dream was to operate from a storefront. In 2022, our dream became a reality. We provide excellent customer service and we love putting smiles on our customers faces when they taste the product. We will celebrate 3 years in the storefront on August 30, 2025 and will still operate the mobile unit .

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
We have had several struggles. Last year we were affected by Hurricane Beryll. We lost power for
7 days and tried our
Hardest to save the product. We did loose some. We have winter time struggles as well. We work hard at marketing to bring more customers to
The store.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
