Darlene, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started out doing Notary, in 2006. I loved it. I decided to expand my business and open a Multi-Service center. As of now, 2018 I have added to my business offering a variety of services, Notary, car titles, lost title, bonded titles, registrations, emailing, faxing, copying, etc. I love what I do have a great passion in offering great services to my clients.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road, had to juggle a lot of things in order to remain in business. I’m a truly busy throughout the week, with life. Only able to go into my office on Saturday’s. This is helpful for some clients and some need services doing the week. But I remain to be able to take care of clients as they need services done.

My business specialize in Funeral Planning Services & Consultant Services, Bonded Titles, Lost Titles, Title Transfers, Salvage Titles, Mechanic Leins, Process Server, Signing Agent, Automobile Insurance. We are known for as one shop stop. I’m proud that we are able to serve one clients in one setting. We are flexible and we offer payment plans. We open on Saturday’s doing the hours other offices are close. No set appointments.

My daughter, Serenity has been such a huge help to me. She is 9 years old and she helps keep the flow going on in the office. Her favorite word “Next”, keeps my clients entertain. I’m grateful to have her to help me make copies. She helps me a lot and a great assistance to me.
