Started at Marcus and Millichap Investment Sales in Dallas.
Recruited and moved to GWA International with Bill Cawley.
Left in 2006 to start my own company.
Named the company Wellington Realty in 2007.
2008 hit Investment Sales hard so we decided to start a managing company.

We are a full-service commercial real estate services company with brokerage and management capabilities in the four major markets in Texas.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
We like to say we have a blue collar work ethic with a high-level skill set.
