Spa Party 2 U started 5 years ago as a mobile spa specializing in little girl’s spa parties. As the demand grew larger for our spa parties we were able to open a set location in a year and half. We named our location Spa Lounge where we started hosting adult spa parties such as birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers and bachelorette parties at our location or we bring the spa experience 2 U. Our reputation and reviews speak for itself therefore companies began to contact us about hosting events such as Employee Appreciation Day, Grand Openings and team building events. We can accommodate spa parties of all sizes. We recently just hosted the NFL Players Association event for Super Bowl where we serviced manicures and chair massages. We offer manicures, pedicures, facials and massages/chair massages for any event or celebration at our location or we can come to 2 U at your home, office or hotel.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The first year was a struggle because we had custom pedicure chairs built and the company never finished our chairs and ran off with our 50% deposit. I had to purchase new chairs at the last minute before opening which was not in the budget. I had contractors that did a horrible job on my sheet rock and paint. After opening was a challenge because I had to pay for the paint and floors to be redone. Once I got the spa looking, nice things began to go smoother.

Spa Lounge & Spa Party 2 U is Houston premiere spa where you can be pampered in a relaxing atmosphere or we bring the spa experience 2 U. We specialize in spa parties where we offer manicures, pedicures, facials and massages for any event or celebration such as birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, bachelorette party or girls night. We also host private or corporate events for Employee Appreciation Day, Grand Openings and Team Building. We have built a great reputation on being prompt, professional and ensuring each client is satisfied with their services. We are very proud to have the staff that have. We have technicians that have been with us when we were mobile only company. I am proud to say that we don’t have a big turn over. Mostly all our technicians have been with us at 3 years or better.
Spa Party 2 U is capable of accommodating large groups of people at one time with a variety of services like massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. Where most companies are manicures/pedicures or just massages.
We are mobile or you can reserve our facility to host events with a minimum spend. We also customize our packages according to our client’s needs. If someone reserve our facility, we set up food and beverage table with linen in the colors of your choice. Our spa parties are one of a kind.

I would have to say my clients have played a tremendous part in my success. I am very grateful for my clients following me throughout years. The majority of my regular clients have been with me for 20 years plus. A very good friend name Dwight really came through for me. He helped me with getting my floors done after the first contractors did a sloppy job. He also helped me in finding the financing for the pedicure chairs I had to buy after the company never finished the custom-built chairs. I have to give credit to Yen who is my esthetician and been with me from day one. Yen and her husband Nigel built our nail table and she decorated our facial room when we first open. I cannot leave out my daughter Trenise who was in the banking business when I opened our facility in 2013. She has completed massage therapist school and found her passion in the industry. She has contributed in taking our parties to another level from the food menu to the decorations. Trenise has played a vital role in decorating our spa and upgrading our services. I have to give her credit for all the pictures taken for our social media sites. She is a major part of our mobile services. My mom Carol has been my back bone in keeping me encouraged and she is my biggest cheerleader. When I felt like giving up she motivated me to keep pushing.
