Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Jada Lee.
Hi Dr. Jada, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I was one of those kids who always knew I was going to be a Doctor. Inspired by my family’s personal trials and tribulations with chronic illness (my oldest brother being diagnosed with Hereditary Multiple Exostoses; losing an entire set of grandparents to cancer and heart disease by age 15; and my mother getting diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2015) I knew I was put on this earth to make a change. I grew up an honors student and was initially pre-med until chiropractic fell into my lap. As a freshman in undergrad (MIZ!) with every intention of becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon, I realized that after all of these years, I didn’t want to be a medical doctor: I was fascinated with the physiology of the human body and didn’t want to just prescribe medication to my patients. And thus, a chiropractor was born.
I preceded my education at the University of Missouri as a dual degree receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, Certificate in Multicultural Studies, and a minor in Black Studies. In December of 2024, I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus with a Doctorate of Chiropractic Cum Laude.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has most-definitely NOT been a smooth road. I am a first generation Doctor on both sides of my family, which means I am the one breaking the cycle. I have lost nearly my entire father’s side of the family to chronic illness, I have two older brothers who are felons, and my family just finished going through bankruptcy. My life has literally felt like it has always been “lifing” me…While others were partying and enjoying undergrad, I was visiting my brother’s in prison and feeling like I wasn’t made out to become a Doctor. Sure, I partied and still found ways to have fun, but on the inside, I was the most depressed I have ever been in my life. This put – and still does – a lot of weight on my shoulders to be successful, to be a good example, to “make it.” Here I am as a 25, almost 26 year-old entrepreneur and solo practitioner of my own clinic in a new city and state, yet imposter syndrome still eats me alive. It is so hard moving far away from home and proceeding to build your own empire because you want not only more for yourself, but so, so, so much more for your family and your community.
The one thing that has honestly kept me going has been having 100% blind faith in God. I truly feel like I was put on this earth not only to better the world one adjustment at a time but to also teach others that no matter what you go through in life, God has a beautiful plan for you.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

The vibe is maximalist with soul: bold colors, curated Black art, and neo soul playing softly in the background. It’s a space where you can feel seen, safe, and supported.
We’re most proud of the community we’re building — one that celebrates authenticity, prioritizes individualized care, and uplifts underrepresented voices in health and wellness. We don’t just adjust the spine; we pour into the soul.
Come see what it feels like when chiropractic care meets culture, compassion, and power. Your healing journey deserves a place like this.
How do you think about happiness?
I’m a simple woman: God, family, the gym, and coffee. God comes before everything – I am NOTHING without him. I truly value every person I come into contact with and love on them as if they are a member of my family because that’s how I would want my Grandma, Mother, Aunt, Uncle, Cousin, or Brother to be treated in someone’s office. The gym will forever and always be my first love: the gym is my therapist, best friend, happy place, and peace of mind. Daily movement truly is the key to life. And coffee…well, as a retired barista of 8 years, that’s self-explanatory.
