Today we’d like to introduce you to Emanuel Machado.
Hi Emanuel, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My name is Emanuel Machado, and I am the founder of ADTech Group Service. I was born in Maracay, Venezuela, and raised in Cagua, Aragua State, where I learned early on the values of hard work, perseverance, and faith.
As a child, my dream was to become a professional baseball player, but life gradually revealed another passion: technology. That discovery changed my path completely. In the year 2000, I earned my first degree as an IT Technician, which marked the beginning of a journey that would span more than two decades.
Over the years, I specialized in Help Desk and field operations systems within the oil and gas industry, later earning a degree in Systems Engineering and a Master’s in Business Management. I wanted not only to understand technology, but also how projects are structured, led, and sustained. This combination allowed me to grow into leadership roles, managing complex IT projects and delivering solutions for industrial automation, telecommunications, control rooms, data acquisition (DAQ), SCADA systems, SAP, and HMI design, while providing high-level technical and VIP support.
After 17 years of professional development in Venezuela, the country’s internal situation forced my family and me to make one of the hardest decisions of our lives: to leave everything behind and start over. With no contacts and no guarantees, but with strong faith in God, we moved to Neuquén, Argentina.
Argentina gave us a second chance. I joined the country’s leading oil and gas company, once again starting from the ground up as a Help Desk analyst, supporting drilling operations. Within a year and a half, I was promoted to Project Manager, where I was able to demonstrate my leadership and technical capabilities. I spent six meaningful years there, deeply grateful to a country that welcomed me and valued my experience.
Eventually, through an extraordinary ability visa, my family and I arrived in the United States with a clear purpose: to build a company rooted in excellence, integrity, and service.
That vision became ADTech Group Service, a Texas-based company focused on IT services and consulting. We provide reliable and customized solutions including technical support, IT infrastructure management, network design and maintenance, structured cabling, equipment repair, and cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Our mission is to deliver practical, dependable, and strategic technology solutions that help organizations operate more efficiently. Our vision is to become a trusted long-term technology partner across Texas and nationwide, recognized for quality, innovation, and a strong commitment to diversity.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Not at all — it has been far from a smooth road.
Like many immigrant entrepreneurs, my journey has been defined by starting over multiple times. Leaving Venezuela after building a long professional career meant losing stability, professional networks, and everything familiar. Starting again in Argentina required humility, patience, and resilience. And when we later moved to the United States, the process repeated itself , new systems, new regulations, a new market, and no established relationships.
One of the biggest challenges has been building trust from zero in a highly competitive environment, while navigating immigration processes, compliance requirements, and the realities of launching a business without guaranteed income. There were moments of uncertainty, especially in the early stages of ADTech Group Service LLC, where progress felt slow and resources were limited.
Another challenge has been learning to balance technical excellence with entrepreneurship. Knowing how to deliver high-level IT solutions is one thing; building a sustainable business, developing visibility, and securing opportunities is an entirely different challenge that requires constant learning.
Despite these obstacles, each struggle strengthened my perspective. They taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of integrity and consistency. I’ve learned that growth doesn’t always come quickly, but when it does come from perseverance and purpose, it’s far more meaningful.
Looking back, the road hasn’t been easy but it has been deeply formative, and I wouldn’t trade those experiences for anything.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
My favorite memory is being together with my family during the Christmas holidays, spending time with my cousins, and playing outdoors.
