Enrique, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
The first website that I optimized was a “Simpsons Fan” website back in 94. I was 14 at the time, got some pretty great traffic and good ranks on Yahoo. When I turned 20 we moved from a small city called La Verne, California and moved to Houston – for economic reasons. My father started a company called “Adame EM Solutions” and needed to get found fast on the internet. Quickly after we achieved #1 ranks throughout the nation, he started referring me to his friends. Then those friends referred their friends, and quickly after that I was referred to their corporation.
I didn’t realized the potential of Search Engine optimization until I started up my small company SEO-Exchange, and got #2 ranks throughout Houston. The goal was to get people found in Houston – 4th largest city in the nation. I got about 3-5 calls a day at times. So many calls that I left my full-time government job due to demand. I figured it was ALL or none, and I have been successful ever since. We will be celebrating our 10 year in 2018.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
My biggest struggle was wearing many hats in the beginning. Now that our cash flow is right, it’s nice to hand off some of those hats to my hard-working contractors.

5. Pay-Per-Click: Whether it’s Google PPC, Bing Ads or Facebook ads. We utilize these to complement their organic ranks. They work hand in hand if we can get the right budget.
6. I am proud to say that we have achieved many #1 ranks for our customers. Top 3 is not the easiest to achieve! This is where the real calls come in!

I personally define success as making my customers successful. If they are successful then we are successful. That stems from loving what I do.
