Today we’d like to introduce you to Eunecia Mcgrough.

Eunecia, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
Well, growing up, I watched my mom put on makeup, dress up really fly, and keep her affairs in order like a real boss lady! With the help of my dad, my mom provided all of the essentials that my brother and I needed to be able to survive in this life. I carried a lot of those tools along the way and now, here I am, “booked and busy” doing something I just found the love to DO; nails! What girl doesn’t love nails. I’ve found nails as a playground to express your personality. I’m just a lady who loves the beauty side of life. While on the journey of searching for different things I love to do. Nails are one of the few things that bring peace, creativity and gives me this non stop drive to go hard at what I love. From the colors, glitters, shapes, designs and the next level art that can be done on 10 fingers I don’t know what excites me more. I had a passion for fashion and beauty as well. In high school, I did not play! I won best dressed because my dedication showed. I still show that same dedication on my Instagram page EUNECIATOYOU where all my followers show me so much love. I’m grateful to have a platform where I can showcase my skills and promote not only my businesses but others as well. I think it’s rather convenient when someone that I think is accredited makes a post about a product or a service that I’ve either been looking for or didn’t know that I needed.

For some, I am just that; an influential source. I’m not just entertaining, funny, or a sight to see; I provide a service to anyone who wants to glam-up their lifestyle with a full set of NailzwithNe.

I dedicate some of my success to those who I don’t personally know but have been following and supporting me since day one in any of my endeavors. Due to the outstanding support, I have the pleasure of working with so many people on different levels. From marketers and advertisers to potential clients. There’s so much more to the Euneciatoyou brand and I can’t wait to share more with everyone.

Has it been a smooth road?
Of course not! Life has its many obstacles but for me, it’s about mastering the one thing you do have total control over, your reaction. When challenges or hardships come about, I just deal with it head on. I take a deep breath and remain me. I rarely get out of my own character because of a mishap. Instead, I try to figure out ways into making something work. Even if I don’t want to deal with a sticky situation or swim in high waters, I still push myself through, carrying nothing but faith and good energy.

Being a single mother is probably the most challenging thing I’ve ever dealt with but I have to go hard and do my best for my daughter. She’s like the diamond you’re blessed with after pressure is applied.

Modeling is one thing and fashion is another. I promote both by using the two to get my point across. I specialize in the beauty industry and am known for not only posting bomb pictures on Instagram but empowering women alike that they too can love the skin their in without limitation. I’ve worked with artist of many kind by either starring in a really dope music video or being a canvas for some very talented makeup artist. I’m a brand ambassador for an upcoming hair extension company, women’s fashion line, and my own brand, Momtreprenuer.

I recently have a new business that I’m super proud of, NailzwithNe. I can put so much of my creativeness into this business while still sticking to my ultimate passion, beauty empowerment. I mean, how empowering is a beautiful boss lady with a bomb set of nails?
I would say my bubbly, free-spirited personality sets me apart from others. Most people expect me to be a supercilious lady and become astonished to find that I am not. Im the exact opposite actually; humble.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
What I like best about Houston is how supportive we are capable of being at the most critical of times.

What I like least about our city is that it takes the most critical of times for us to be supportive.
