Franco, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
At an early age I started working in construction, commercial and residential from there I had many other jobs most of them in the same type of field thanks to that I developed multiple set of skills throughout the years; that combined with a lot of self-development books and life changes I made the decision to start my own business and Mr. Nice guy Handyman Services was born, and let me tell you that was the best decision I ever made. I now have control over my schedules which gives me more time for my family, and to keep learning and growing.
Has it been a smooth road?
Not at all, as entrepreneur I can tell you it’s not easy you will always have ups and downs but it’s the things you do to overcome the problems that will build you up, there is no easy way to success you have to keep moving forward.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Mr. Nice guy Handyman services story. Tell us more about the business.
We have six employees most of them are family related since we all have worked in construction we all have different skills. We do pretty much everything interior and exterior remodeling we also do water damages and we provide housekeeping services. Our company’s first priority is the costumer we focus on their needs and we make sure that the costumer is always happy. I think what it sets me a part from the rest is my commitment to satisfy my customers’ needs.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
In my 20 years working on the construction industry I have seen the same patterns throughout the years the city keeps growing there is always new developments going on as far as.
The shifts and trends they are very hard to predict since we live in a fast growing pace society that keeps changing faster than ever.
