Meet Gash The Reaper

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gash The Reaper.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started making music when I was in middle school. I wasn’t very good at it but I loved it, so I kept working on it. My peers like Riven & Nero were making music also and it motivated me to work harder on my craft, sharping my swords.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Um. Nah, this road to success is not easy at all, man. I’ve lost loved ones, music, devices, contacts, money and so much other things. I love this shit so much, though and stopping isn’t an option. If it was easy, everybody would do it type shit.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I do a lot haha, I’m an artist; first, I love music. I also do 3D art, modeling & acting. The thing I’m most proud of is my cover art for my first album ever called “Sanity Break.” I just dropped it in March. I think what sets me apart from others though, is that I make all types of music. I have a sound now, which is beautiful and I plan on letting that showcase my diversity in music.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
What I feel is most important quality or characteristic wise in my success is being honest with who I am. I make music that I feel like making and people love that of me. I don’t just make trap metal music, I make lofi, boom bap, alternative, hyper pop, rap and other sub-genres of music. Basically, just being me.
