Today we’d like to introduce you to Gina Marrinucci.
Gina, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
With a diversified retail and customer service background, I was hired by Texas Children’s Pavilion for Women in February 2012. The Pavilion opened in March of the same year, with the hospital owned gift shop, Bella Luna, opening in August 2012.
Has it been a smooth road?
It’s been a relatively smooth road opening the store. Finding the right mix of merchandise that mothers and their guests need and want is always a challenge as we can only carry so much merchandise.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Bella Luna Boutique @ Texas Children’s Pavilion for Women – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Bella Luna is not only a retail store, but a location where moms (especially first time moms), can become educated on what the Pavilion has to offer as well as all the amenities we have to make their visit more pleasurable,
Our focus is providing service with heart and advising our shoppers of the features and benefits of our products which can make a difference in one’s life.
Housed inside Bella Luna is our Baby Bistro, a lactation support service for anyone with breastfeeding challenges. We also offer prenatal and postpartum massages,
What sets us apart is our awesome customer service. Our gift collection includes unique merchandise and we are highly complimented on the overlook look and feel of the store.
We have a large selection of Medela accessories, preemie clothing, children’s clothing, flowers, gifts cards, blankets, nursing bras and much more!
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love the diversified culture and helping others become familiar with Texas Children’s Hospital… Parking and traffic is challenging at times.
