Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
– The primary challenge that we have faced is getting people to understand and trust the green, botanically based products and non-traditional methods that we use in place of conventional pest control practices. But through education and 12 years of award-winning service, we feel that we’ve earned that trust.
– Another challenge of any fast-growing business is always going to be finding the right people to fit our company’s culture and core values. My belief is that: if we want to grow healthily and responsibly, we can only grow as fast as we are able to fill those vital roles. It is people — and not profits — that truly make our brand.
