Hi Hannah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’ve been a health and fitness coach since 2011, specializing in personal training, remote programming, nutrition coaching, and recovery protocols. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training hundreds of athletes from a wide range of backgrounds and athletic abilities.
Originally from West Virginia, I now call Houston home, but my coaching journey has taken me around the world, including stops in Denver, Thailand, India, and France. My passion for fitness started early with gymnastics and competitive cheerleading, and has since expanded to include CrossFit, yoga, and Olympic Weightlifting.
Over time, I realized there was an unmet need: helping overwhelmed women 35+ rebalance their hormones and regain control of their health. In 2024, I rebranded to HKDUB Coaching and launched an online coaching business tailored specifically to this mission.
Now, I work with women who feel stretched thin by their responsibilities and stuck in their wellness journey. Through sustainable strategies, I help them rebalance their hormones, allowing their bodies to naturally release stubborn weight, boost energy, and thrive—all without adding more stress to their already full plates.
Helping women transform their health, regain confidence, and live vibrantly is what drives me. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I’m excited to continue making an impact, one step at a time.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The road has been anything but smooth, but the challenges have shaped me into the coach and business owner I am today.
One of the biggest challenges came early on when I opened my own gym at a young age. Balancing the roles of coach, business owner, and leader taught me so much, but it also came with long hours, financial stress, and the pressure to keep my members motivated and growing. It was rewarding, but it left little time for my own personal growth and self-care.
But the biggest challenge I’ve faced recently has been shifting my business online. It required learning new skills, adapting to technology, and creating a program that truly serves the unique needs of overwhelmed women.
Through it all, the hardest part has been managing my own stress and expectations. As someone who coaches others on balance and wellness, I’ve had to practice what I preach—taking care of myself, setting boundaries, and being patient with the process.
Every setback has been a lesson, and every detour has made the journey more meaningful. I wouldn’t change a thing because those experiences have allowed me to connect with my clients on a deeper level and truly understand the struggles they face.

My business is all about empowering women 35+ to take back control of their health without adding more stress to their already full plates. I specialize in online coaching programs designed to help women rebalance their hormones, release stubborn weight, and increase their energy levels—all through sustainable, science-backed strategies that fit seamlessly into their lives.
What sets HKDUB Coaching apart is my holistic approach. I understand that many women in this stage of life are juggling careers, families, and personal goals, often putting their own needs last. My programs are tailored to meet them where they are, focusing on simple, actionable steps rather than overwhelming to-do lists. It’s not about perfection; it’s about progress.
I combine expertise in fitness, nutrition, and recovery with a deep understanding of how stress, hormones, and lifestyle factors impact women’s health. Through personalized coaching, I help my clients achieve lasting results by addressing the root causes of their struggles, not just the symptoms.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of creating a space that feels approachable and supportive. Whether it’s through my 1-on-1 coaching or group fitness programs, the feedback I consistently receive is that my clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
