Today we’d like to introduce you to Janelle Malone.
Janelle, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’m a mother of two young adults 23 and 21. I been in real estate for 20 years and licensed for 17. I am a real estate coach that has assisted hundreds of agents get into production quickly and become top agents in our industry. In my career, I have sold hundreds of homes and help many family’s homeownership dreams come true. I am also an instructor at Champions real estate we’re I educated many students every month become real estate agents. My passion is to grow through others and God gifted us me with a skill to help people identify and press through the underlining circumstances that cause them not to perform. My mission is to bless everyone in my path and the money I make is a by product to the work I do in God’s kingdom here on earth.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Not at all. I was married in my early 20’s, where I struggle with my position as a wife and mother. Both my ex husband and I was self employed so spent a lot of my time juggling my career with my kids school, church, and family activities. My kids were very active in sports so my career allowed me to always be at their games and my daughter gained a full scholarship to college so I can say it was worth it. I always knew God put me through what I went through to help others. I have had many obstacles that I have used as a testimony to help

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Profit Builders Productivity Coaching and Cultured Realty story. Tell us more about the business.
I am a co owner of a real estate brokerage and a coaching firm. In the firm I am the broker, so I handle the some of the recruiting and overall compliance of the office. It was very important to me to build an atmosphere that would give the agents the systems and models needed to perform at their highest in this business. As for Profit Builders, I had the opportunity to coach agents and many levels in their business to take it to the next level. For 3 1/2 years I was a coach at Keller Williams and it was their that I got to assist hundreds of agents reach their production goals. I coach agents to success using models and systems along with help them personally to transition from the corporate world to entrepreneurship. I teach them smart goals and hold them highly accountable to the plans that we put in place.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I don’t believe in luck. Luck means I have a chance at winning. God strategically put me in this position to grow others. I pray daily for God to reveal who and how to help. I was destined for my position and I give much gratitude to the Lord above for the ability to serve him and our community
