Today we’d like to introduce you to Jay Bradley.
Jay, before we jump into specific questions about the company, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I owe my start in real estate to my father, Chuck Bradley. As a kid I used to soak up every detail when he would share highlights from his latest real estate transaction during family dinners. Those stories inspired my love of negotiating “the deal.” While I tried my hand at a few other careers like information technology and the restaurant business, I followed my heart and the legacy my father built for me. So, with the turn of the millennium I launched my real estate career in 2000 with my dad as my mentor. My initial focus was investment-based, but after acquiring my real estate license and working with my first three clients I was hooked! Representing clients and negotiating contracts on their behalf became my new passion. This led to what is now a 20-year, full-spectrum real estate career covering single-family home sales, private client investment portfolios, along with residential and commercial developments. I’ve been blessed enough to work with an elite list of clientele that includes the Oprah Winfrey Network. But I’m sworn to privacy, so that’s all I can share about that!
Has it been a smooth road?
Well, the constant is learning. Smooth is relative to the experience. In the twenty years of real estate I have been through the 2007-2008 mortgage/housing crisis, hurricanes Allison, Rita, Ike and Harvey. One world Wilde pandemic and plethora of other market factors. Even through these I feel as if the road has been relatively smooth as the one constant of any industry is – make sure you take care of your client. In doing so there will always be smoother roads ahead.

Plus, Houston is home to several major industries such as health care, oil & gas and international commerce through the Houston Port. Even with all of this, when compared to most major US cities, Houston’s lower cost of living makes it a great place to start a business and to live.
