Jay, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I was just a kid from Houston, Texas with big dreams. I got into real estate in my early 20’s because I hated having a regular job. I knew some agents who made big money & I knew I could do it too. It wasn’t always easy, it still isn’t. You learn something new everyday. But I love what I do, so it doesn’t feel like work to me. It’s fun because I am passionate about what I do for a living & enjoy it.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Just like anything else you do, it’s not easy. But then again if it was easy then everyone would be doing it.

I am Jay Bustos, from Houston, Texas & I am a top producing real estate agent. I sell homes in the Houston area. My Clientele varies from celebrities, athletes, millennial’s & the average everyday person. I know I am known for being a young, positive, successful, Latino Entrepreneur. What sets me apart from others? I really do not worry about others.

God first, then my parents for always supporting everything I do. David Cole, the reason I got into this business. Thank you to all my friends for their support, my clients for doing business with me & everyone who shows me love. I never really had mentors or people I wanted to be like, I just watched a lot of motivational videos & put myself around like-minded individuals. I want to give credit to myself. For never giving up when it was hard, for always taking care of me & for wanting the best things life has to offer.
